See BTS’s debut, ‘Telepathy,’ ‘Blue & Gray’ live on ‘MTV Unplugged’

BTS did his MTV Unplugged debuted on Tuesday, where they performed from Seoul, South Korea. The septet – RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook – delivered a set of five songs that included live premieres of songs by 2020 Be as well as a cover of a Coldplay hit alongside their own number one hits.

They released their set in a room where they played arcades and sang Be track “Telepathy,” which marked the first time the band played live music. “Blue & Gray” was another song that debuted live for the first time. They changed the settings to accompany the introspective ballad, presenting the music against a sunny backdrop, surrounded by greenery.

The group also surprised fans with a cover of Coldplay’s contemplative “Fix You”, followed by their own reflective song, the number one chart “Life Goes On”. Wearing khaki pants and coordinated blazers, they sang “Life Goes On” sitting in a living room, accompanied by a band of four live members. They left their megahit for last, closing the show with “Dynamite”.

Earlier this month, BTS auctioned off its set of clothing from the music video “Dynamite” for $ 162,500, which was donated to the MusiCares Covid-19 aid fund. The clothes were sold to two buyers, the Japanese art collector Yusaku Maezawa and HIKAKIN, considered “Japan’s most famous YouTuber”.
