Sean Kennedy, bassist for I Killed the Prom Queen and Deez Nuts, dies at 35

When I Killed the Prom Queen disbanded, some of the pieces turned into Deez Nuts, which released six studio albums, including the Top 20 Word Is Bond 2015. Kennedy also appeared on the Binge & Purgatory, and 2019 You Got Me F *** ed Up.

Former bandmate I Killed the Prom Queen Michael Crafter paid tribute to the deceased bassist.

“For years we were side by side on stage or in photos of the band,” he wrote on social media. “We slept on the floor, in vans, airplanes and somehow managed to get around the world. Time has passed for [sic] fast.”

“We go through ups and downs on the road and after everything we’ve been through, you’ll always be my friend. Over the years, I am happy that we have always been here for each other. “He added:” When I called you last week, I didn’t think it would be the last. I wish I could say goodbye. “

Other highlights of Australian metalcore, The Amity Affliction, wrote: “Rest assured, dear friend. We send all our love and thoughts to SK friends and family. ”
