Scott Disick “amicably resolved” his previous conflict with the Colorado-based rehabilitation center

Scott Disick reached a ‘friendly settlement’ with the Colorado-based rehabilitation center that he accused of leaking news of his stay last spring.

In early May 2020, DailyMail.com reported that the 37-year-old reality show star stayed at the All Points North Lodge in Edwards, Colorado to work on ‘past trauma’ and sought treatment for cocaine and alcohol.

However, Disick left just a week later, when photos of him leaked online along with audio recordings of his conversations with his therapist.

At the time, Scott filed a lawsuit against the treatment unit, with his lawyer saying he was ‘alarmed by the extreme invasion of privacy’.

But on Friday, All Points North Lodge announced that it had “amicably resolved its disagreements” with Scott.

And in a subsequent statement, the television personality himself said that he no longer believes the center’s employees are to blame for the advertising leak.

‘Behavioral health in this country still carries a stigma. This stigma is often the biggest barrier for people who want help, ‘said Scott in his statement.

‘Both APN Lodge and I believe that everyone who seeks help deserves that help, without disclosure or advertising.

“To that end, I solved all my problems with APN Lodge and, after an investigation, I do not believe that the facility was responsible for the leakage of my personal information,” added the founder of Talentless. “I hope this experience will encourage, rather than discourage, others to seek the help they need.”

Scott’s ordeal was addressed earlier in an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, when his former partner Kourtney Kardashian – with whom he shares sons Mason, 11, Penelope, eight and Reign, six – said he ‘never felt most betrayed in your life ‘after the leak.

In the clip, Kourtney’s sister, Kim Kardashian West, said, ‘I heard Scott went into rehab watching this online. And it looks like someone at the facility leaked a photo of him. And I feel really bad for him. ‘

To which Kourtney revealed: ‘They leaked their real conversations, like, with the therapist.

‘He’s just been him and the therapist. He said he was never betrayed again in his life. And he’s packing up and definitely coming home, but he’s really upset, especially [because] he would work on himself and, like, his traumas. ‘

And in a confessional, Kourtney, 41, beat those responsible for the leak.

She said: ‘I feel that whoever leaked this information should really be ashamed of themselves. Everyone deserves to deal with their past traumas in privacy. He was completely violated. ‘

At the time, sources said that Disick – known for his previous parties and several rehab stints – drank a lot and used cocaine after the coronavirus blockade began.

It is understood that the star struggled with family life during the blockade and was still struggling to cope with the loss of her parents in the two-year period from 2013 to 2014.

A source told DailyMailTV last May: ‘Scott flew on Tuesday and had to zoom in on a group meeting from his office to introduce himself.

‘He said he is having past trauma, he mentioned problems with his ex and said he is also having problems with his children and that he is using cocaine and drinking a lot.

‘He looked very thin and told the group he was going to rehab to work on his problems and said he was having withdrawal symptoms and was tired and lethargic.

“He told the team that he did not want any special treatment during his stay, in terms of meals and therapy.”
