Another benefit of obtaining the COVID-19 vaccine: free donuts!
Krispy Kreme Donuts locations across the country, including the 18 stores in South Carolina, are offering a free original glazed donut every day to customers who bring their COVID-19 vaccination card by the end of the year.
The offer can be redeemed inside the store or at the drive-thru, but it is not available through online ordering or delivery.
The Winston-Salem, NC-based company hopes that the sweet incentive will encourage more people to get vaccinated.
“We all want COVID-19 to support us as quickly as possible and we want to support everyone who does their part to make the country safe by being vaccinated as soon as the vaccine is available to them,” Dave Skena, head of marketing at Krispy Kreme official said in a statement.
There are Krispy Kreme stores in Aiken, Anderson, Cayce, Charleston, Columbia, Florence, Ladson, Garden City, Greenville, Ladson, Lexington, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Rock Hill and Spartanburg. The addresses are available on the company’s website at krispykreme.com.

What qualifies as “vaccinated?”
Anyone who has received at least 1 of the 2 injections of the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine or 1 injection of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.
What do I need to take to the store?
Guests are required to present their COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Card to redeem a free donut.
Does a vaccine patch qualify?
A COVID-19 vaccination registration card must be provided to receive the offer. A sticker stating that the guest received a COVID-19 vaccine does not qualify.
Will the store document / photograph my COVID-19 vaccination registration card to redeem a donut?
No, Krispy Kreme team members will not document or take photos of a COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Card as it contains personal information.
Can I receive several free donuts if I have my friend / family card?
The guest must bring their own COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Card to redeem their covered donut. Guests cannot redeem on behalf of family and friends.
If there are several people in the same car, can everyone participate in the promotion?
Each passenger in the same vehicle who has the COVID-19 Vaccination Registration Card can participate in the promotion.
