The new revelations about the reboot came during a pre-recorded video that was played at a virtual charity event for Central Park Conservancy’s Playground Partners program on Wednesday afternoon.

Parker began to ask himself, ‘Where are these women? Where are they? Can they meet? Can they be together? How is their life? ‘

‘All of these conversations were becoming a big part of our experience inside our homes, Michael and I were just really interested. And so it was born – and just like that. ‘

Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw will be reunited with old friends Miranda Hobbes and Charlotte York, played by co-stars Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis, respectively. Kim Cattrall, who played Samantha Jones, is not coming back.
