Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick sold their home in New York’s West Village for $ 15 million, according to property records.

The red-brick house is three stories and about 4,182 square feet, according to the property data website PropertyShark. The couple bought the house for $ 2.995 million in 2000, records show.

The house is on Charles Street, not far from the property used as the residence of Carrie Bradshaw, Parker’s character on the television show ‘Sex and the City’.

The house is on Charles Street, not far from the property used as the residence of Carrie Bradshaw, Parker’s character on the “Sex and the City” television show. It dates from about 1905 and has a brownstone base and a New York porch par excellence, much like Bradshaw’s.

Ms. Parker and Mr. Broderick did not list the house publicly. In 2016, they bought a pair of houses on nearby West 11th Street for $ 34.5 million. A spokeswoman for Parker was not immediately available for comment.

The identity of the buyer, who bought through a limited liability company, could not be determined.
