Sandra R. Genkinger, 70, of Neshannock Township, died on the night of February 7, 2021, in her residence.
Born on August 5, 1950, in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Paul Leslie and Joan (Alexander) Rowland Jr.
Sandra was an active housewife in her community. She was a member of W. Mark Sexton, Rainbow for Girls and PEO, Chapter A.
Sandra attended Westminster College.
She was also a member of the Clen-Moore Presbyterian Church.
What gave Sandra the most joy in life was spending time with her family.
Sandra leaves a daughter, Sally (Jason) Hilton of New Castle; three children, Darryl (Jeri) Genkinger from Rochester, New Hampshire, Dennis (Pamela) Genkinger from Wheatfield, New York and Donald Genkinger from Charleston, South Carolina; a brother, Paul Rowland III of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; two sisters, Paula Nolan from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and Susan Grieve from Dallas, Texas; and six grandchildren, Mitchell, Nicholas, Zachary and Addison Genkinger and Elise and Eila Hilton.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason Hilton Jr.
Visitation and services will be private.
The burial will be at Castleview Memorial Gardens.
