San Francisco 49ers injury report still full en route to Week 17

The San Francisco 49ers expected to see their injury situation improve somewhat at the end of the season against the Seattle Seahawks. A second day of practice did not see many changes in his participation report.

In fact, the only change between Wednesday and Thursday was linebacker and contributor to special teams, Mark Nzeocha, moving from a non-participant to a limited participant while he worked against an illness.

San Francisco still had eight players lost in Thursday’s session, which does not bode well for his availability in Sunday’s week 17 clash with the Seahawks.

Here is Thursday’s practice report:

DT Kevin Givens (non-injury related)
DT Javon Kinlaw (knee)
