Samsung has checked several options right to make the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite one of our favorite affordable tablets from last year. A new leak suggests the company is working on its successor, allegedly called the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite, along with a lite version of its already inexpensive Galaxy Tab A7. Both these tablets are expected to leave this summer.

A Twitter user shared some marketing slides that show some important details about these devices. The Tab S7 Lite will have a 12.4 inch screen (up from 10.4 inches on the Tab S6 Lite), which matches exactly with the more premium Tab S7 +, although the Lite model is unlikely to receive all the bells and whistles from this last . It will have support for 5G and Samsung Continuity, which basically allows you to receive calls and messages from a compatible Galaxy phone directly on your tablet.

The presumably cheaper Tab A7 Lite will be a more compact alternative for its bigger brother, packing an 8.7 inch screen. It is said to have a metallic construction and can be positioned as a media consuming device, although the image does not specify whether to borrow the standard Tab A7 quad speakers.

Both tablets are expected to be released in June, with a few months to go. And that’s about all the information we have about these two Samsung slates now. There is a good chance that we will continue to see these leaks until their official launch this summer.
