There is absolutely no mystery left for Samsung’s expected January 14 launch event for the Galaxy S21 series. In addition to the flood of leaks and rumors that we have already seen, a new report from WinFuture over the weekend it revealed absolutely everything there is to know about the Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus.
Exhibition
The Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus are both supplied with flat screens that are flush with a metal frame. The vanilla S21 will likely have a 6.2-inch Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display, while the S21 Plus will extend it to 6.7 inches. The resolution on both, however, will be identical at 2400 x 1080 pixels. Both phones will also have a 120 Hz screen refresh rate.
The panels are protected by Corning’s seventh generation Gorilla Glass Victus, which was previously seen on the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the display on the S21 and S21 Plus.

Under the hood, the new flagships will be powered by the Exynos 2100 in Europe and other markets like India. This is also something that Samsung store employees confirmed to us a few weeks ago.
The new Exynos chip will be launched a few days before phones and is believed to come with a 2.9 GHz core, three high-performance cores that run up to 2.8 GHz and four energy-saving cores clocked up to 2.4 GHz. Of course in markets like the USA, the Galaxy S21 series is said to contain the Snapdragon 888 processor.
The basic variants of the Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus come with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Both versions are likely to have 256 GB storage options available.
Cameras
The latest leak suggests that the image settings for the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Plus are identical.
The phones are expected to have three rear cameras that consist of a 12 MP primary sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide sensor and a 64 MP telephoto sensor with 3x hybrid zoom. A 10 MP camera is said to be in the front.
Other camera features that were leaked from the S21 and S21 Plus include support for 8K video recording at 30fps, 4K at 60fps and FHD videos up to 240fps.
Connectivity and other specifications
For connectivity, you should expect the Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus to support NFC, Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 6. The phones are also rated IP68 for protection against water and dust.
The Galaxy S21 is receiving a 4,000 mAh battery and the S21 Plus has a 4,800 mAh battery. Both phones will have a USB-C port for wired charging. They also support wireless charging and wireless reverse.
Again, the report confirms that Samsung will not include chargers in the box. He also says that optional S-Pen support is limited to the Galaxy S21 Ultra, as we found in an FCC file.
Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus prices
As also leaked before, the Samsung Galaxy S21 should cost at least € 849 (~ $ 1,037), while the S21 Plus should cost € 1,049 (~ $ 1,281).
