The latest software update for Samsung Galaxy Buds Live brings some of the features found in the latest Buds Pro. Bean-shaped headsets can now automatically switch between Galaxy phones and tablets by running the latest One UI 3.1 software. In addition, users now get the hearing aid feature that amplifies external sounds for those suffering from hearing loss. Another novelty is the Buds control menu within the Bluetooth settings.

The update changelog also specifies improved sound output, connectivity and battery optimizations. The new R180XXUOAUB5 the firmware is being seeded in South Korea and reaches 2.2 MB. We hope this version will reach more regions soon and we are also anticipating a similar update for Galaxy Buds +, as Samsung has promised to bring the features mentioned above to its older TWS headphones.
