Salma Hayek is opening up about her bikini photos.
The 54-year-old star has been known in recent months for sharing photos of herself wearing two pieces on Instagram, showing her toned figure.
However, the photo explosion did not come without reason, but because the actress “Frida” has reached a milestone of which she is particularly proud.
Hayek recently spoke to Entertainment Tonight and said he thinks sharing these photos is “liberating”.

“I had to lose a lot of weight and exercise to get into my bikini at the end of last year,” she explained, adding that she took a plethora of photos as soon as she reached her ideal size.

“I am happy to have taken many pictures, I am not ashamed of that, because it was the first week of vacation,” said the actress.
However, she joked that when the week was over, she acquired different habits.
“But after that first week and when I heard that everyone was going back to quarantine, I started eating again,” joked the star.
Even though she feels that she is a little different today than on vacation, Hayek said she is happy to share the old photos.

“I saved my photos, I am not in the same condition today and I am spreading the love every two weeks,” she said. “I’ll add another one. I’m almost done, but I don’t know if you have that feeling, like, 2021!”
She notices how frequent posts are, however, and plans to take it easy with the bikini photos for a while.

“People are tired of this, but I will let them take a break. They will think that I am wearing a bikini every day,” said the Oscar nominee. “No, they are all from the same location.”

A swimsuit photo last appeared on Hayek’s social media profile over the weekend, when she shared a photo of herself taking a dip while wearing a black swimsuit.

Before that, she shared a couple of photos of herself wearing an almost empty black bikini, telling fans, “We need to stay calm.”
