Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill showed his speed by sliding 45 yards for a touchdown on a roadside read-option move on Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers.
All the attention went to Derrick Henry, and Tannehill pulled the ball and reached a top speed of 30 km / h while moving away from the Packers defense to put the Titans in an interval of five in 19-14 at the beginning of the third quarter.
This was just the fourth Titans zone reading race of the season, according to the ESPN Stats & Information poll. Three of the zone reading runs were for touchdowns. Sunday’s score gave Tannehill five straight touchdowns, a record in a single season in his career. He had four TDs running last season.
