After almost 14 years hosting E! ‘S Live From The Red Carpet, Ryan Seacrest is turning off the microphone.
The Live with Kelly and Ryan the co-host and television personality announced his departure from the red carpet program on Monday, writing that he “decided to set out on new adventures”. Seacrest started hosting the pre-award show segment in 2006 alongside Giuliana Rancic.
“I’m going to miss the whole team that works so hard behind the scenes and, of course, my incredible partner Giuliana,” wrote Seacrest on Instagram. “Thank you all for watching all these years.”
In response to Seacrest’s announcement, E! noted that the remarkable entertainment host “will always be part of E! family.”
“AND! has enjoyed our relationship with Ryan over the years, especially as a co-host of the E! He has been instrumental in giving viewers a front row seat for some of Hollywood’s biggest nights. We are extremely grateful for his many contributions and he will always be part of E! family, ”said the statement.
