Rupert Grint from Harry Potter reveals that he is ‘very comfortable being a father’ and says he is sleeping MORE now than before he became a father
He welcomed a daughter named Wednesday with his longtime girlfriend, Georgia Groome, in May last year.
And Rupert Grint talked about the joys of parenting, saying he feels ‘very comfortable being a father’ and is even sleeping more than before.
The Harry Potter star, 32, and his partner actress Georgia, 28, have adjusted to parenthood while in prison.

Speaking to Glamor magazine about how to be a father, he said: ‘I feel very comfortable being a father. I’m still starting to accept what it’s like to be a father, but I’m loving it.
He revealed that the move to parenthood caused him to change some habits ‘overnight’ and that he stopped smoking immediately.
And unlike many first-time parents, he said that parenting has been “soothing” and says he is sleeping more now than before.

‘I started sleeping much better. I used to be a terrible sleepless person, now I’m asleep, ”he said.
‘I feel so much more – I don’t know, strangely relaxed. It was a very calming process for me. Obviously, there are days when she [Wednesday] is FULL enabled. But there is something very good about the routine. It got me in a good place, I think.
Grint also gave an insight into his relationship with girlfriend Georgia, who is famous for his role in Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging, saying that the secret to their longstanding love is that they are ‘best friends’.
The couple has maintained their notoriously private relationship since they started dating in 2011.
However, he admitted that welcoming a child during a pandemic was difficult at times, without the usual support from family and friends.
But the British star said he can’t wait to take his daughter on Wednesday to see the world when things get back to normal.
In November, Grint joined Instagram by posting a photo of him cradling his six-month-old daughter, wearing a pink sweater with the back of his head facing the camera.
He has accumulated over a million likes in just four hours and now has more than four million followers on the social media platform.
The actor is busy promoting the second season of the hit series Apple TV + Servant, which revolves around the tragic loss of a son.
