Roundup Rumor: WrestleMania title changes, shorter WWE shows, Gronk

Speculating about the rumors surrounding professional wrestling is a favorite pastime for many fans, perhaps second only to watching the games. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors produced by the professional wrestling rumors factory.

Rumors of the day:

  • No champion is currently the favorite of Bet Online to retain in WrestleMania 37 this weekend. The Intercontinental title fight is a push; all other champions are underdogs. Edge is the favorite to win the Universal Triple Threat title.
  • According to the Wrestling Observer, the TV schedule lists the 90-minute WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. Both TakeOver nights are listed for just over two hours, and Saturday and Sunday WrestleMania ends at 23:00 ET.
  • In Pardon My Take, Triple H said the WWE had “conversations” about bringing Rob Gronkowski to WrestleMania 37, but he wasn’t sure (or was not admitting) where those discussions ended.
  • The promotion that Riddle forgot Crude last week it was planned to “talk about everything in Monte. Fuji to fight underground robots in Japan ”, by Fightful Select.
  • Bea Priestley ended in Japan. The speculation of Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio and others is that she signed with WWE and will be on the NXT UK list.
