And Rod Stewart revealed he was horrified when his wife and biggest fan, Penny Lancaster, threw a pair of men’s underwear at him during a show in Las Vegas.
Speaking on the Harry Redknapp podcast, hitmaker Handbags and Gladrags, 76, said: ‘I was singing in Las Vegas and a pair of men’s underwear appeared.

“They were really horrible. It was my wife who threw them up! She hid in the audience and threw male underwear up.
The star also boldly admitted: ‘I will still have thousands of women throwing up their panties’.
A cheeky Rod was also asked what he preferred, a show in front of 100,000 women screaming and throwing panties, or scoring the winner for Celtic in the Champions League final.
The famous soccer-loving star replied: ‘Oh, give me the goal, yes.’

The music legend is known for his love for a tiny pair of pants, being regularly seen on stage and on the beach in numbers with animal prints.
Penny and Rod were married in 2007 in a romantic ceremony by Portofino.
Penny and Rod are the parents of Alistair, 14, and Aiden, nine. The couple has been through the blockade at their homes in Florida and London.
Rock star Rod has eight children in total, with the singing sensation sharing Sean, 40, and Kimberley, 41, with his first wife Alana Stewart.
