Robert Pattinson, 34, Ben Affleck, 48, and Michael Keaton, 69, will play Batman in 2022

Three generations of Batmans – Robert Pattinson, 34; Ben Affleck, 48; and Michael Keaton, 69 – are ready to portray the rich orphan who became a cover crusader next year.

Pattinson puts his detective style on the character of Matt Reeves’ The Batman, which hits US / UK theaters on March 4, 2022.

Both Affleck and Keaton will repeat their roles as Bruce Wayne in Andy Muschietti’s The Flash, which hits theaters in the US / UK on November 4, 2022.

Last week, DC Films President Walter Hamada indicated that different Batmen exist simultaneously on Earth 1 (Affleck and Keaton) and on Earth 2 (Pattinson).

“I don’t think anyone ever tried it (the on-screen multiverse concept),” Hamada told the New York Times.

“But the public is sophisticated enough to understand. If we make good films, they go along. ‘

When From Hollywood critic Néstor Bentancor asked Times reporter Brooks Barnes on Friday if Keaton would get his own Batman franchise, he said yea.

‘I was the only artist making boards with Ben in his Batman movie. I was showing him scenes on the set while he was filming JL in London. Besides Ben himself, I don’t see who Scott could have spoken to, who would know Ben’s reasons for leaving the project.
