EXCLUSIVE: While we still don’t know much about David O. Russell’s upcoming feature film for New Regency, Deadline confirmed that Robert De Niro, Mike Myers, Timothy Olyphant, Michael Shannon, Chris Rock, Anya Taylor-Joy, Andrea Riseborough, Matthias Schoenaerts and Alessandro Nivola joined the starry ensemble.

Christian Bale, Margot Robbie, John David Washington, Rami Malek and Zoe Saldana also star in the untitled project, which is based on an original idea by the Oscar-nominated filmmaker five times. Filming is underway in California. Arnon Milchan from New Regency will produce alongside Matthew Budman and Anthony Katagas.
Russell hasn’t released a film since Joy 2015, starring Jennifer Lawrence in a role that earned him an Oscar nomination. Deadline revealed the story of his current project at the beginning of last year. New Regency will distribute the photo under its contract with 20th Century Studios.
