Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna drafted a new custody agreement for the daughter Dream.
The paternity agreement signed on December 8 establishes that the ex-couple will have physical custody of the 4-year-old Dream through an alternate weekly schedule, in addition to spending equal time with the child on vacation and holidays, E! News confirmed.

The paperwork stipulates that no person may be under the influence of alcohol or other substances while taking care of the Dream. This follows Rob, 33, having accused Chyna, 32, of parental neglect and substance abuse in a previous lawsuit. Chyna denied the charges at the time.
