Ricki Lake is tying himself up.
On Saturday, the 52-year-old talk show host announced her engagement to boyfriend Ross Burningham, sharing the exciting news on Instagram.
“Friends, I am so excited to share some good news! I’m engaged! “Lake exclaimed.
“This is Ross. He’s my person. He’s wonderful, ”she continued.
In a recent interview with People, Lake said that she and Burningham, who have been dating for more than a year, “literally pinch each other because we meet at this time in our lives.”
“The two of us, newly nested, felt like we were children again. We are full of gratitude and joy for what is to come, ”Lake told the publication.
Lake was previously married to Rob Sussman, with whom he shares two children, from 1994 to 2004. She later married Christian Evans from 2012 to 2015. Evans died of suicide in 2017 after a long battle with bipolar disorder.
Over the weekend, Lake told fans that he is looking forward to the next chapter with Burningham.
“Our next chapter is sure to be a good one,” added Lake on Instagram, along with the hashtags “open heart”, “life is beautiful” and “I believe in love”.
