When Capcom debuted the villain from Resident Evil Village, a downright imposing vampire woman named Lady Alcina Dimitrescu, they should have known how, uh … anxious RE fans would be to learn more about her, right? With her height to shatter the WNBA and dominant personality, Lady Dimitrescu quickly became an internet phenomenon, and fans were very excited to know exactly how tall she is.
Resident Evil fans finally have their answer. RE Village art director Tomonori Tanako launched a declaration thanking fans for their interest in the Village and clarifying the subject.
“More recently, Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters have received a lot of attention, far more than we anticipated,” said Tanako. “It’s great that they are able to receive the spotlight as icons for Resident Evil Village. Lady Dimitrescu, in particular, has received much fanfare both domestically and abroad, which has made all of us on the development team extremely happy. I heard that her height is something interesting … ”
“If you include your hat and high heels,” Tanako continued, “[Lady Dimitrescu is] 2.9 meters (approximately 9’6 ”) in height.”
So there it is. Capcom finally released the horny fans from prison and later threw them into the horny cellar. We hope to be repeatedly captured by the great lady from Resident Evil.
Just for the record, here are a few things that Lady Dimitrescu is taller than: A Christmas tree, Andre the Giant, Shaq, a king size bed vertically, or most importantly, the tallest real man or woman ever recorded.
