ESPN reporting Heat’s interest in PJ Tucker, as we discussed.

Tucker may be 35, but he can provide some value to a team looking to reach the next level. He’s always been a decent 3-point shooter, and that can help the Heat, as they are one of the worst 3-point shooting teams in terms of efficiency.
Tucker is six feet tall, but weighs 100 pounds and is an effective defender. In some moments of this season, the Heat also had difficulties in the defense.
Tucker plays mostly forward, which is perhaps the team’s weakest position in terms of depth.
Cousins is emerging from a torn Achilles tendon, a hip injury and an ACL injury, which he suffered in recent years. He may not be the offensive force he was before the injury, but he is still an effective rebound.
The NBA’s trading deadline is March 25.
