According to MMQB’s Albert Breer, former Philadelphia Eagles pass game coordinator Press Taylor it is expected to help fill the Indianapolis Colts vacant position, after ironically, the former game coordinator Colts pass Kevin Patullo and he essentially switched places at the beginning of the off-season:
Sources: Press Taylor, the former Eagles’ pass game coordinator, is expected to join the team of Colts coach Frank Reich. Indy lost Nick Sirianni and Kevin Patullo this month, and Taylor will help fill in the gaps.

At the age of 33, Taylor has just completed his only season as a pass game coordinator for the Eagles, having previously served as the franchise’s quarterback coach (2018-20) and offensive assistant / quality control coach (2016-17). and offensive quality control coach (2013-2015) respectively.
He was also a coach for defenders and a graduate assistant in Tulsa (2011-12).
Taylor won consecutive NJCAA championships starting at Butler Community College as a quarterback – before transferring and playing at Marshall University and labeling his last two seasons.
Of course, Colts coach Frank Reich already has familiarity and a comfort zone with Taylor, as the two previously served on the 2016-17 Eagles’ offensive technical team and were Super Bowl champions together.
The question for Taylor – and the Colts is who will be the starting defender for Indianapolis next season to help train the team’s passing game.
