Discord reportedly put the pen down on paper in an exclusive takeover discussion and is in a serious conversation about selling himself to another company.
According to a report by VentureBeat, several unidentified parties showed interest in buying the massive chat platform provider, but a potential buyer in question signed an agreement with Discord to move the negotiations to an almost final stage.
Officially, Discord declined the publication’s request for comment, saying it would not talk about rumors or speculation.
