Still looking for a PS5 or Xbox Series X? Well, GameStop is about to bring the heat with a lot of packages falling out today.
The retailer announced that it will sell “A limited number of PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S” packages today (Thursday, January 21). It will even stock Nintendo Switch packages, if you’re trying to track the dockable console with some (hopefully) cool packages. As of 1:15 pm (GMT), there is no PS5 stock available.

But, as always, wait for those units to run out and go fast on what. Is it bad enough that GameStop’s tweet you refer to this incoming stock as “a limited number”, but it is also advisable that you enable notifications for your social media account to do this.
This GameStop suggestion is both smart buying and smart marketing. Although buyers can get a faster notice about availability, this allows GameStop users to send push notifications about anything that he wants.

Watching GameStop’s recent tweets suggests that opting for your notifications would leave you receiving notifications of your live game streams, promotions about games for sale, and videos from people who managed to buy a console from the retailer.
And you may not want to receive spam like this on your home screen, but at this rate you have no choice. And it’s not as if the other accounts could be more useful. Even those Twitter accounts focused on PS5 stock notifications can send alerts for stocks that don’t apply to you, whether in another country or at a retailer that requires membership, like Sam’s Club.
