Obviously, no one will receive the call to the host Saturday Night Live unless they’re famous (although, if Lorne Michaels is wondering, we have some great ideas for a sketch about some people who live in California), but if you’re not a John Krasinski type star yet, get the call to go to Studio 8H looks like a surefire indication that you made it up—Or at least you have made such a sudden notable impact on pop culture that SNL for no give you some airtime. The last person to have made it up It is Bridgerton Regé-Jean Page escape, the Duke of Hastings, with Deadline communicating that he will present the next episode of SNL on February 20. Bad Bunny will be the musical guest, making a real physical appearance after appearing last year for a cameo during one of the pandemic’s surprisingly good episodes.

Deadline notes that the Page episode will be number four in a series of five episodes, falling short of the uninterrupted sequence of six episodes what SNL happened before last year’s election. If something equally big happens in the next few weeks, Colin Jost and his friends for sure have to comment, maybe SNL will decide to keep things even longer. Of course, it has to be funny big or interesting big, not scary big, or else nobody will want to watch SNL.
