“It was a crazy trip. It’s not easy to do reality shows and, to be honest, I’m tired ”, she started the video.

“I appreciate everything that people have done for me, everyone who was on Team Monique, I love you, I thank you all. But when you cross certain lines, there is no turning back. For me, my family is that line.

“The opinion of my family and my children and what they think about everything I do is more valuable to me than anyone else’s opinion, so I got over it.”

She continued, “If my kids grew up and said they watched everything and the program, what answer can I give them? What would that satisfy?”

“I wanted to represent Black’s true love and show people something out of what the stereotype has been on TV. Unfortunately, this season I played straight into that stereotype … I was working overtime to really check myself, because that it’s the exact opposite of what I want to show on a TV show and in real life, the most important thing.

“I will always be a great example and role model for my children, and you should know when it is enough,” she added. “And that’s enough.”

Potomac’s real housewives the fifth season is available to watch now on hayu and also hayu on NOWTV – and also airs on Bravo in the United States every Sunday night at 9 pm ET.
