Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice cemented her relationship with new boyfriend Luis Ruelas by channeling $ 3.35 million into a luxury property on the east coast of the United States.
The TV personality, 48, started dating Luis, 46, a father of two, shortly after finalizing her divorce from Joe Giudice’s 21-year-old husband in September 2020.
Since then, they have collaborated on a new commercial venture with the purchase of the large seven-bedroom home in upscale Montville, New Jersey, reports TMZ.

It is understood that Luis, who is believed to invest in real estate, provided capital for the purchase, with Teresa acting as a property manager for any potential lease. Both are listed as their owners.
Spanning 7,728 square feet, the house features a six-car garage, a personal gym, cinema and library on six acres of extensive grounds.
The home cinema even has its own foyer, where visitors can stock up on popcorn, sweets and other drinks before settling in to watch a movie.
Wrought iron gates and stone walls ensure that its occupants are protected from the general public, with the main house 30 meters or more from the nearest road.

In 2014, Teresa and her ex-husband Joe pleaded guilty to several charges of bank fraud, mail, wire transfer and bankruptcy.

Giudices have been trying to find a buyer for their modest three-bedroom ‘investment property’ in Lincoln Park since 2014, NJ.com reported at the time.

Eventually, creditors bought it back for just $ 100. Giudices still owed $ 225,742 for the house.
