Razer unveils $ 200 smart glasses with wireless audio

Just announced a face mask with RGB lights, gaming peripheral maker Razer has announced its first pair of smart glasses with wireless audio, the Razer Anzu, priced at $ 200. Check out the gallery below for a first look.

Razer Anzu Smart Glasses

Like other blue light glasses, Razer Anzu protects the wearer from 35% of the blue light that causes eyestrain, as well as a secondary pair of 99% UVA / UVB sunglasses lenses. On the less typical side, Anzu glasses also feature touch controls and open-ear Bluetooth audio at a low latency of 60 ms. Touch controls allow users to change and pause music and media tracks, manage calls (including an omnidirectional microphone), and activate smartphone assistants. If you’re meticulous about audio quality, equalization adjustments can be made in the relevant Android or iOS apps.

Razer says the Anzu lasts five hours on a single battery charge, but when it is folded and not in use, it can last up to two weeks in standby mode.

The board itself is water resistant, which means that splashing exercise and moderate weather shouldn’t be a problem.

Razer Anzu glasses are available in rectangular or round frames, each in two sizes, and weigh 48g. Unfortunately, we imagine that no extravagant RGB lighting has (literally) weighed on Razer designers.

You can order Razer Anzu smart glasses on the official Razer website.
