The last Monday Night Raw of 2020 went off the air with Randy Orton threatening to burn Alexa Bliss, but the episode was cut short before fans could see what happened. In the middle of the show, Orton appeared inside the Firefly Fun House, attacking all of Bray Wyatt’s puppets while Bliss was helpless in the ring. She challenged him to some sort of confrontation later that night, which eventually led her to hand him a can of gasoline and a box of matches. She challenged “The Viper” to do with her what he did with The Fiend on TLC, and went so far that he threw himself on the gas.
Orton maliciously said he wanted to do this, but he was hesitating because he didn’t want to give Bliss exactly what she wanted. Suddenly, the arena lights started to go out (usually signifying the Demon’s arrival). Instead, the camera cut to Orton holding a lighted match in the middle of the ring shrouded in darkness, suggesting that he may (or may not) have dropped the match and set Bliss on fire.
