Uchitel jokes that she needs to see the divorce papers now, when she’s dating new guys.
Rachel Uchitel was associated with more than a few famous men, two of whom were married to other women when they were married.
Although she was largely silent about her role in the cases that Tiger Woods and David Boreanaz had with their wives, 10 years later she finally spoke up. The former nightclub host shared her side of the Woods scandal in the HBO Sports documentary on Sunday night, “Tiger”, while also telling a bit about Boreanaz in a separate interview with the Los Angeles Times.

Uchitel says she dated the two men in 2009 and that, although she knew that Woods was very married to Elin Nordegren when they were together, she believed that Boreanaz and his wife Jaime Bergman were separated at the time of their supposed romance – a case that TMZ confirmed in Time. She claimed that he said he was living in the family’s guesthouse and only discovered that he and his wife were still together when she went into labor with her second son, daughter Bella.
In an interview with the Times, the self-described “addicted to love” explained why she was attracted to “unavailable” men.
“I mean, it’s a problem that I get my credibility from someone who loves me and that I think is important. Everyone thought David Boreanaz was super hot, but David Boreanaz is blowing up my phone and wants me, ”she said.
“I choose powerful men. It can be a speaker in a room that everyone says, ‘Oh, my God, they are so smart.’ It’s not like I’m trying to get them away from anyone, “she added.” The point is, they want to know me. “

Although she was recently linked to lawyer Ed Batts – whose wife claimed that Uchitel broke up their marriage – Uchitel said the two had been apart “for a long time”. From now on, she joked, she will take more precautions so that it doesn’t happen again.
“Now, every time I date someone, I’m going to be like, I need to see your documents. I need to know that you are divorced,” she said. “Because it’s embarrassing now. Obviously, from now on, I can’t even date anyone who’s separated. They have to be 100% single.”
As to why she is talking about Woods now, Uchitel declined to say whether she had a 10-year nondisclosure agreement with the golf pro. She also did not tell the Times how much Woods allegedly paid her for her silence after he told her – she claims – to “get as much as she can” from her lawyers during the HBO special.
Although she hoped “Tiger” would lead to some empathy on her way after how she was treated by the press at the time of the scandal, she said that not much has changed. From the nasty comments she saw, they range from people commenting on her appearance to those telling her to “go crawl into a hole and die.”
“Tiger” is on HBO Max now.
