He leaves his wife Nechamale.
He also left his parents, Rabbi and Mrs. Binyomin and Bluma Jacobs, the Chief Rabbi of the Netherlands.

Levaya will take place at 12 noon on Sunday at Schonfeld Square, Lordship Road, N16 0QQ, then passing Lubavitch House on the way to Addas Yisroel Cemetery, Carterhatch Lane, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 4BG.
