Quiet start to the week, but more snow on the way on Tuesday

THIS NIGHT: Partly cloudy with clear skies. Minimum of 11 (6-14). Wind Speed: 3-9 mph. Breeziest earlier this evening.

MONDAY: Partly cloudy skies. Maximum of 30 (27-34). The warmest temperatures in northern Pennsylvania. Light and variable winds.

Forecasting discussion:
Another cold night at the tap, as temperatures will drop to one digit and fall down. On Monday it will be calm and dry, with partly cloudy skies, with temperatures of 20 to 30 degrees.

This week’s main story is the widespread snow that will start Tuesday morning. The snow will last all day, falling steadily at times. When the snow clears on Wednesday morning, much of the southern layer will be covered by several inches of fresh snow.
