GameStop announces that a limited replenishment of PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X / S and Switch packs will be available on its website tomorrow.
Good news for anyone who’s still trying to get their hands on a new console, GameStop will be offering the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X / S, and Nintendo Switch packages online tomorrow. Gamers have been struggling to get the new generation of consoles since launching in November, but supplies are in short supply as online retailers are still selling their stocks almost as fast as they can put them in stock.
This is due to a number of different factors, with the main culprits being the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic hampering mass production and shipment of the PS5 and Xbox Series X and online scalpers stealing bulk systems to sell online at high prices. GameStop is not the only retailer that will receive another quantity of PS5 and Xbox Series X / S consoles in the coming days, as a report suggests that Target is being replenished with PS5s this week. Better yet, stores like Walmart are now making real efforts to combat the scalper robots that have plagued the current console generation since its launch, allowing more players to order one of these new machines when they log in.
Many players are still waiting for the chance to finally get a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X / S, then a new refueling in GameStop it’s great news.
