The PS4 surprised PlayStation players not only with a new stealth version, but a new free stealth version. Today, Total Mayhem Games announced that its cooperative adventure and puzzle game, We were here, is coming to PS4, through PlayStation Store, and coming today. Meanwhile, the pair of sequences in the game, We were here too and We were here together, will come to the Sony console later this month, on February 23. At the moment, there has been no word from the trio of games that will come to the PS5, but all will be playable on the console via backward compatibility.
There is a catch. The game is only free until February 22. After that, it will return to the normal price. That said, if you download the game before that, it’s yours. In other words, this is not a free trial. It is a free download available for a limited time.
It is currently unclear whether game sequences will be free for a limited time when they are released. What we do know is that the first game is also free on Xbox One and PC for a limited time.
For those who don’t know: Total Mayhem Games released We were here in 2017 through the PC and only the PC. Then, in 2019, the game arrived on Xbox One and is now also available on PS4.
