PS4 console exclusive now also coming to Xbox One

An exclusive PS4 console is also coming to Xbox One and Xbox One X as well. Some of the best games of the past decade have been exclusive to PS4. From 4 not mapped for Bloodborne for Until dawn for Marvel Spider-Man for Final Fantasy 7 Remake for Horizon Zero Dawn for The Last of Us Part 2 for Ghost of Tsushima, and for the biggest of them all, God of War, there is no denying that the PS4 has some of the most attractive exclusives of all time, on all video game consoles. That said, he just lost an exclusive console, although nothing comes close to the significance of the games above.

Sometime this year, AWAY: The Survival Series is coming to PS4 and PC. The developer Breaking Walls announced this last summer. That said, it’s also coming to Xbox One. This week, the developer announced that when the third-person adventure game launches this year, it will also be available on Xbox One.

Although we now have a third platform, there is still no news of additional ports. In other words, if the game is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X / S, Nintendo Switch or Google Stadia, there is no word on that. That said, it will be playable on the two old next-generation consoles, courtesy of backward compatibility.

Whether the game will reach any additional platforms remains to be seen. What we have, however, is a new trailer that accompanied all these news.

As for the game itself, it takes place at a distance, where a series of natural disasters have all the species on the planet struggling to survive. In this world, you play as a sugar glider and your task is simple: survive. According to Breaking Walls, the game is inspired by several documentaries about nature.

AWAY: The Survival Series is scheduled to be released later this year via PC, PS4 and Xbox One. For more coverage of it and all things related to games – including all the latest news, rumors and leaks – click here or check out the relevant links below:
