Sapakoff: reasonable expectations for 2021 for Shane Beamer's Gamecocks

“Although we will not be doing our traditional face-to-face tour this spring due to COVID and capacity restrictions, we are now working on the possibility of a virtual Prowl and Growl that we could share with a large number of our loyal donors and fans around the state,” he said. Davis Babb, executive director of Clemson’s IPTAY booster club.

An interim Prowl & Growl schedule for 2021 on the Clemson Alumni website lists eight events: Aiken, Charlotte / Rock Hill, Greensboro, Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, Florence and Greenwood.

South Carolina’s new coach Shane Beamer is eager to hit the road and create excitement.

Spurs Up’s last tour, with former coach Will Muschamp in 2019, included nine events: Augusta, Columbia, Lancaster, Greenville, York, Sumter, Myrtle Beach, Atlanta and Charleston.
