New royal mother Princess Eugenie shared the first two public photos of her newborn son’s face and revealed her name on Instagram on Saturday, February 20. In one photo, the 30-year-old royalty appears alongside her two-year-old husband, Jack Brooksbank, while he holds his son. The child is wrapped in a blue blanket and is wearing a blue and white cap. Eugenie wears a cream pregnant dress under a mauve robe and a thick yellow burnt sash in the photos. In the second photo, Jack holds baby August while she gently puts her hand on the child. The proud mother and father smile happily.
Eugenie, whose father Prince Andrew turned 61 on Friday, said the photos were taken “by our wonderful midwife”, adding: “Thanks to the wonderful essential workers, including our midwife who came to discharge our son”.
