The children of Kate Middleton and Prince William, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, were among the many people in the UK who participated in the viral “applause for the UK National Health Service videos” in honor NHS workers who treat coronavirus victims. “To all doctors, nurses, caregivers, GPs, pharmacists, volunteers and other NHS staff who work tirelessly to help people affected by # COVID19: thank you,” added the video caption on Kensington Palace’s Instagram. “#ClapForOurCarers #ClapForCarers #ThankYouNHS #ClapForNHS”

But the fans couldn’t help but note a curious detail about Charlotte and Louis’ clothes: their parents had worn exactly the same things before.

Charlotte, in her striped top and jeans, was dressed as her mother Kate at the Gigaset Charity Polo Match in July 2015.

Louis, in his blue bottom-up and navy sweater, looked like William when he and Kate announced that they were expecting their first child, Prince George in December 2012.

It is not always that Kate and William give personal glimpses of their children, but it is the second time in the past week that they share new photos of them. On Mother’s Day, Kensington Palace’s Instagram posted a new photo of Kate and William with George and Charlotte in Norfolk for Mother’s Day in the UK. The post also included a photo of the card that George made for Kate this year.

“For new and old mothers and families who spend today together and apart – we are thinking of all of you at this difficult time,” the Kensington Palace team captioned the photo. “Happy Mother’s Day 🌷”
