Can’t we just get along?
Prince Harry, although happy in California with his wife, Meghan Markle, is “heartbroken” because of family tensions that arose after his decision to step down as a senior member of the royal family, also known as Megxit.
A friend of the couple, journalist Tom Bradby – who traveled through southern Africa with the Sussex for the documentary “Harry & Meghan: An African Journey” – shared his thoughts on the change during Sunday’s episode of “Love Your Weekend” ITV, where he is asked if he thinks Harry and Meghan look happier since they moved to California earlier this year.
“I think they are feeling better, yes … So, are they unhappy? No, I think they are satisfied, the things they are doing are very enthusiastic ”, shared Bradby, reports People. “I think he is heartbroken by the situation with his family. You don’t necessarily need to have knowledge to know this, but I think it’s true. “
Bradby adds: “The situation with the family is clearly not ideal and it has been a very difficult year for all of them, but are they unhappy out there? No, I don’t think that’s right, I think they are very happy indeed, but I think they struggle with their position in life, I think they all do. I think William does too, I don’t think he finds it easy. “
Fortunately, a separate report states that Harry and Williams are about to heal their strained relationship.
“There were phone and video calls during the Christmas and New Year holidays and the Sussexes sent gifts to the Cambridges and vice versa,” said royal expert Katie Nicholl to ET. “Things are much better between William and Harry. If you go back a year at that stage, these brothers hardly spoke. ”
