Prince Harry still looks very upset about losing his real security privileges, and you can’t blame him … especially as the cops say he and Meghan Markle had an unwanted visitor on his property TWICE during the holidays.
Police sources tell TMZ … a 37-year-old man named Nickolas Brooks he was caught breaking into the duke’s home at the duchess in Montecito, California, on Christmas Eve, but Santa Barbara County sheriff’s officers left him alone with a warning.
We were told that the warning did not work because the police say that Brooks appeared on the property again on December 26 … so this time he was arrested.
Our sources say that Brooks drove from Ohio, but it is unclear what he wanted from Harry and Meghan … or whether they were home at the time of their visits.
Brooks was charged with trespassing.

The incidents may not seem like a big deal, but they highlight a much bigger point that Harry suggested during the past week bombshell interview for TV with Oprah – he is concerned for the safety of his family.
Harry told Oprah when he and Meghan left their important royal positions and moved to North America … Buckingham Palace stripped them from your UK security team.
Harry says that he pointed out that the risks for him and his family were not less, despite the change in status … but he says that did not change the decision.
Clearly, security is still a justified and important concern.
