Prince Charles visits the hospital on Tesla Model S, showing his firm stance on sustainability

At the wheel of a Tesla Model S, Prince Charles visited his father, the Duke of Edinburgh, who has been in the hospital for a few days. Prince Charles drove to the hospital in a Tesla Model S, highlighting his firm stance on a sustainable future.

Prince Charles has launched a series of sustainability initiatives over the years, including the 2019 Sustainable Markets Initiative. Last month, royalty announced the Terra Carta, described as an “Earth Charter that puts sustainability at the center the private sector ”.

His Royal Highness believes that a sustainable future can be achieved if the public and private sectors work together with civil society. During his speech at the One Planet Summit, Prince Charles asked companies to contribute $ 10 million to sustainable investments.

Companies like Tesla seem to align themselves with Prince Charles’ support for a sustainable future, which may be why he was spotted driving a Model S on his way to visit his father, Prince Philip. The Tesla Model S may be the most appropriate green vehicle for royalty.

The study concluded that the Tesla Model S was the most sought after luxury car in 29 countries.

In the UK, however, the Bentley Continental GT has assumed the title of the most searched luxury car. In fact, Prince Charles could choose from a multitude of luxury vehicles in the country.

Although, in terms of cars that fit its sustainability stance, the best competitors in the UK would be the Jaguar I-PACE, which is from a British brand, and the Tesla Model S. In 2018, the real bought an I- PACE and tested a Tesla Model S.
