Hitmaker On My Mind, 34, covered her bulge in an imperceptible baggy black sweatshirt as she continued to stay in shape in her third quarter.

Ellie, who usually displays an impressive set of toned abs, combined the loose top with black leggings and black sneakers.

While she kept her eyes low, adding a black sports cap and covering her face with a colorful face mask.

The mother-to-be ensured that she remained hydrated during the race while holding a bottle of water.

Ellie’s casual sportswear is a far cry from the flowing cornflower blue dress she wore on BBC1’s Graham Norton Show on Friday or the elegant white outfit she chose a few days earlier when her pregnancy was revealed on Vogue.

Speaking to the publication, she said that while she wants to continue exercising, her usual diet of salads, nuts and seeds was thrown out the window when she started to feel craving.
