Powerball Lottery: Did you win the $ 640M Powerball draw on Saturday? Winning numbers, live scores (16/01/2021)

The Powerball jackpot for Saturday’s lottery draw has risen to around $ 640 million with a $ 478.7 million cash option – potentially making it the eighth largest in the history of the US lottery.

“The winning numbers were: 14, 20, 39, 65, 67. Powerball: two. Power Play 3X. “

The Powerball jackpot has not been won since September 16, when someone who purchased a ticket at Ballston Spa, New York, won the maximum prize pool of $ 94.6 million. Since then, 34 draws have been held without a jackpot winner.

If someone wins the jackpot on Saturday night, it will be the fifth biggest prize in Powerball.

While no one reached Wednesday’s $ 556.7 million jackpot, 11 tickets to the second prize worth at least $ 1 million each were sold across the country.

In New Jersey, five tickets were purchased for the third prize, each corresponding to four numbers plus Powerball. One – sold at Krauszer on Amwell Road in Hillsborough – was purchased with the Power Play option for an extra $ 1 and is worth $ 100,000. The remaining four are valued at $ 50,000 each.

Wednesday’s winning numbers were: 4, 19, 23, 25 and 49. The drawn Power Ball was 14 with a Power Play of 2X.

The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot are 292,201,388 to 1. A player who buys a $ 2 ticket has about 1 in 11,688,053 chances to hit five numbers and win at least $ 1 million, while the odds are from 913,129 to 1 to win the third prize of at least $ 50,000.

Powerball is played on Wednesday and Saturday in 45 states, Washington DC, the United States Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

The New Jersey Lottery office in Lawrence is open by appointment only. You can still claim your earnings – as long as they are less than $ 599.50 – in person at any retailer.

The lottery is also accepting claims sent by mail, although officials warn that payments may be delayed temporarily. Winners are advised to make copies of the application form and the winning ticket for their records.
