Porsche Cayman GT4 RS spied enjoying the snow

We saw the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS testing for the last time on a picturesque autumn day near the Nürburgring, and the company traded that wonderful environment for a snowy road to conduct cold weather assessments in these new photos. After so many photos and videos of the model’s development, Porsche is really making enthusiasts wait for the full debut of the vehicle.

This Cayman uses a very light body coating. A black ribbon hides each side of the front panel while the piece wraps slightly in front of the front wheels. These sections are displayed on other development vehicles and the area is an entrance to direct air around the wheels.

There are also rectangular sections of black ribbon on top of the front fenders. There may be openings under the cover, such as those of the previous generation 911 GT3 RS.

The GT4 RS has larger side openings than a normal GT4. The model also gains coves behind the windows. The expectation is that an increase in airflow is necessary because the vehicle has a six-cylinder, 4.0-liter engine with 500 horsepower (373 kilowatts).

At the rear, the GT4 RS has a gooseneck-shaped wing with huge end plates. There is also a small spoiler on the tip of the back cover. The two exhaust pipes have large circular outlets. A diffuser occupies the rest of the lower fascia.

There is still no official debut date available for the 718 Cayman GT4 RS, but expect the performance vehicle to arrive at some point in 2021. A rumor suggests that the price would be around $ 130,000, which is $ 30,000 more than than a standard GT4.
