[Poll] At what price would the Galaxy Z Fold Lite make sense to you?

There are rumors that Samsung may launch an economical variant of the Galaxy Z Fold. The term “budget” would not really be appropriate for the device. Even if the device doesn’t offer high-level specifications, components like the folding screen are still expensive.

Therefore, a Galaxy Z Fold Lite could be considered “cheap” compared to the $ 2,000 Galaxy Z Fold 2, but not as cheap as a Galaxy A42, for example. If Samsung launches such a device, at what price would it make sense to you?

Would you consider buying the Galaxy Z Fold Lite if it cost $ 999? For that price, it would be affordable for millions of customers who spend the same amount of money, often more, on a flagship Galaxy S or Galaxy Note top of the line.

It wouldn’t necessarily offer the same kind of specs, but a suitable folding with an internal 7-inch screen would likely find many buyers for less than a thousand dollars. Still, would it be considered a good deal for $ 1,299? This is almost the same as what you would pay for a new Galaxy Z Flip. What then drives the decision of customers in this price range would be largely the format, not the price.

Is a Galaxy Z Fold Lite worth $ 1,499? It would still be about $ 500 cheaper than a full Galaxy Z Fold, but in that case, the device will have to strike a balance between cost savings and functionality. Customers will have high expectations for a $ 1,499 device, even if it is a “budget” variant.
