Police: Man seriously injured when teenagers throw bricks at cars

Police have accused four Massachusetts teenagers who they say threw bricks in moving cars and injured a 37-year-old man with one that went through his windshield.

WORCESTER, Massachusetts. – Four teenagers threw bricks at moving cars in Massachusetts, seriously injuring a man who was hit in the face by a brick through his windshield, police said.

The four teenagers – two men aged 15 and 16 and two women also aged 15 and 16 – threw a total of 19 bricks on Saturday in Worcester, police said.

A 37-year-old man was taken to a hospital after a brick passed through his windshield. This caused “very serious and permanent injuries,” the police said.

Teenagers are facing charges, including aggravated assault and dangerous weapon assault.

The 16-year-old man was also accused of carrying a dangerous weapon after police said he was caught with brass knuckles, Masslive.com reported.
