Pokémon GO’s best and worst 2020: worst attack bosses

The year 2020 is ending, and it was a year of great changes Pokémon GO. The coaches saw the game add new features and new species, while adjusting to the ever-changing situation with the COVID-19 pandemic and the ensuing roadblocks. Now, let’s take a look at what was a decisive year for Niantic’s global mega-hit and determine the best and worst of 2020 in all aspects of Pokémon GO. This time … we’re talking about the worst attacking bosses of 2020. Come on!

5. Forces of Nature trio

Personally, I have nothing against Landorus, Thundurus and Tornadus. Although they aren’t exactly the most interesting Pokémon because they are obvious reskins from each other, these Legendaries genie-esque were of little interest to the community compared to other offers from Unova de Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem (at least at the beginning), and even the Espadas da Justiça trio.

4. Mega Blastoise

Mega Blastoise’s attacks were annoyingly difficult in two ways. First of all, it was by far the Mega Pokémon with the most tanks, which meant that more trainers were needed and that it would take a while to bring it down, reducing the amount of Mega Energy gained. Second, interest in Mega Raids was and is low compared to the legendary level five attacks, which meant that even getting enough people to enter was, especially at the end of Mega Blastoise’s excessive stay Pokémon GO, quite difficult.

3. Darkrai for the second time

Niantic shot himself in the foot here. They announced Origin Forme Giratina with a Shiny release for the first half of October and provoked a “surprise” boss for the Halloween event. Seeing that Origin Forme Giratina was one of the most coveted Legendaries in the game, the fact that the “surprise” boss was Darkrai, who had already had his Shiny released earlier this year, left Pokémon GO coaches wondering why Niantic excited them for no reason.

2. Heatran

Heatran’s first stay in January 2020 was excellent. He had long since come out of the raids and we finally saw his release of Shiny in Pokémon GO. Then, after a month’s stay, he … came back for another three weeks, just a few months later. Because? The world may never know.

1. Kyurem

Then comes the most baffling decision in the history of legendary invasions in Pokémon GO. When Unova’s dragons – Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem – were released, they each had a run of approximately three weeks in attacks. During Kyurem’s execution, invitations for remote attacks were issued. Niantic promised that those who lost Reshiram and Zekrom due to delayed invitations would have another chance soon. So … in December, they just introduced Kyurem again. This time, for a whole month. Who could this have been for? Was it just inserting an Ice type Pokémon for the December attack theme? After an exciting autumn of one and two weeks of stays by several chefs, staying with Kyurem for a whole month and five hours of attack it is enough to completely stop interest in Level Five attacks for a month.
