PlayStation fans think the next PS5 refueling target could fall very soon

Will the next PS5 refueling at Target take place on January 19th? On Twitter, speculation that Target will launch its new PS5 stock next week has been circulating, thanks to a new screenshot that apparently suggests so much, however, the screenshot in question has already been contested. And, unfortunately, Target didn’t comment on the matter, leaving PS5 customers completely in the dark.

As in 2020, the PS5 is almost impossible to obtain now. If that will change in the coming months, who knows, but now it may well be the most difficult ever to get the console. Not only was the competition still fierce, but retailers ran out of stock during the holiday season. Since Christmas, stocks have been extremely scarce. And when they rose to Best Buy, GameStop and more, they sold out instantly.

As for Target, it was quiet in 2021, however, that could change soon. On Twitter, “YtNextGenGaming”, a page that has helped PlayStation fans to obtain the elusive console, revealed that a screenshot was sent that appears to indicate that the next PS5 crash will happen on January 19, next Tuesday .

If you haven’t seen the tweet, it features an image showing the PS5 stock that will be ready for January 19th, however, in the responses many have contested the screenshot, with users claiming it is not for the console, but the Remote PS5 media. And now, that seems to be the case.

Will the PS5 go on sale next week at Target? Perhaps. However, at the moment, the retailer has not announced any new offers and the above tweet should at least be seen as a grain of salt.

Talking to a GameStop manager on Monday, we were informed that they have not received any new stock in the store since Black Friday. Sure, the retailer sold stock online, but the point is that no one has much stock of PS5 right now. In other words, even if Target drops new inventory next week, it probably won’t be the truck refueling that many PlayStation customers are waiting for.
